My 2014 Nissan Altima was showing check engine light. No other issue was observed. After repairs were made, i observed thar the service adviser stated on the work order which I signed, that the car had other issues. Nissan changed the spark plugs, and coil - cost $1002. Nissan gave the service advisor a failing grade for trying to do unnecessory work. The Service manager stated that the work had to be done to check the transmission. I reported the incident to NIssan USA as well as the Nissan's general manager. I experienced transmission problems the same day of repairs; the check engine light remains.

Why are you even going to a dealer for repair work??? The FRAUD and DECEPTION which exists on the sales floor like the bottom of a well used septic tank also flows into the shop! Find yourself, ask around and form a business relationship with a good independent shop! They have better prices, better CSR, better mechanics! Never, ever go to any car dealer for service work! What you'll get is price gouging, deception and poor quality work...AS YOU HAVE EXPERIENCED!
